Challenge: To keep the overall look of the house but update the color and make sure the new siding will be maintenance free.
Solution: We used a fiber cement siding from James Hardie. It allows us to keep the look of the house and make it so the clients can choose a color and enjoy it for the next thirty or more years.
Challenge: To add curb appeal, value and to bring the home into a more updated look.
Solution: We started by adding house wrap to improve the efficiency of the home. Then finished it off with new vinyl siding and trim.
Challenge: To add high curb appeal but keep in a tight investors budget. While keeping within the trends of the neighborhood.
Solution: To put low cost yet durable vinyl siding on with many color choices to choose from.
