Challenge: Thrity year old deck in need of a makeover. We have to keep the look the same down to the railing system.
Solution: Install a composite decking material called Trex. No upkeep year after year and we were able to keep the overall look of the deck at the same time.

Challenge: To remove an unsafe structure and to redesign the exterior and interior of the home.
Solution: Deconstruct the old deck and to install energy efficient windows. The windows helped create a more pleasant atmosphere in the master bedroom.
Challenge: Update an old office and create a formal dining room.
Solution: We started with new hardwood floors to help give depth and value. Simply updated the paint scheme to create a formal look.
Challenge: To give the kitchen a clean, crisp look while adding durability.
Solution: A low cost high quality ceramic tile floor, with a crisp tile pattern.
Challenge: To add needed living sqft., and storage space. While keeping with local building codes.
Solution: Add an office with mud room for family. Build a two car garage with workshop and new driveway. Which in turn increased the overall value of the home.
